Engagements and contracting
All engagements begin with a written scope of work agreed by both parties before commencement. Deliverables, timelines, revision policy, and liability terms are defined in that scope. Contracting and invoicing details are provided in the engagement letter, including any applicable tax or VAT identifiers where required for the client's jurisdiction.
Invoicing and payment
Invoices are issued in the client's preferred currency (EUR, GBP, or USD). Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in the scope of work.
Professional liability
Deliverables are provided in good faith and are built to industry best practice. Liability caps and warranty terms are defined per engagement in the signed scope of work. Findings surfaced during an audit are analytical outputs, not financial or legal advice, and should be reviewed by the client's own finance, tax, or legal team before acting on them.
Dispute resolution
Engagement disputes are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic unless a specific jurisdiction is agreed in the scope of work. EU-based clients may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
